The first EU AI Act training built specifically for beauty

EU AI Act training, built for beauty

From 2 August 2026, the EU AI Act asks every company whose staff use AI to train its team on using it responsibly (Article 4, the AI literacy rule). We turn that into something your team actually gains from: a short, beauty-specific training that leaves everyone better with AI, plus the completion record that shows you are trained. Done in under an hour, in your language.

The perk: alongside the compliance side, your team picks up practical AI tips and tricks they can use day to day, whether they are in marketing, sales, admin or product.

Covers Article 4 (AI literacy), Regulation (EU) 2024/1689. This is a guide, not legal advice.

More than a box to tick

Compliance is the reason you have to. The tips and tricks are the reason your team will want to. Everyone comes away with practical, everyday AI shortcuts for beauty work, across marketing, sales, admin and product, so the hour pays for itself. And you finish trained, with the record to prove it. No certificate needed, and none exists.

Questions

Is this required by law?

Yes, in effect. The EU AI Act includes an AI literacy duty (Article 4) that has applied since February 2025 and becomes enforceable on 2 August 2026. It covers any company whose staff use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini or DeepL, whether based in or selling into the EU. You can read the law itself here.

Do we need a certificate?

No. There is no exam, certificate or government approval. What the Act asks for is the training itself and a record that it happened. We give you both.

How long does it take?

The self-run module runs in under an hour. The live Teams session is 45 to 60 minutes.

We do not officially use AI. Do we still need it?

Almost certainly yes. Even where a company has no official AI, people use tools privately to help with work. That unmanaged use is the biggest risk, and the duty still applies.
